Nikoo Hazaveh

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in structural engineering, covering design, construction, seismic assessment, strengthening, and project management. My expertise extends to various project scales, from small to large-scale commercial, residential, retail, and health developments in New Zealand and Iran, adhering to NZ and US codes. I hold a PhD from the University of Canterbury. Moreover, I served as a guest lecturer at Victoria University from 2020 to 2023, illustrating practical engineering applications to final-year architecture students.

I'm honoured to have received the 2022 NZSEE/QuakeCoRE Women Leaders in Earthquake Engineering Award, acknowledging my contributions to the field.
