I am currently Project Architect for Ockham Residential, working on Hypatia Apartments at 246 Khyber Pass Road; an 8 level, 60 apartment development in Newmarket.
I have been in architecture for over 20 years now, beginning my studies at Unitec in 1994, in the first year of the degree. I studied part-time for 14 years as I was a single parent with three children and became a Registered Architect in 2014.
My first work experience in architecture was at Jasmax, where I was their model-maker for three years, and then in project teams for a further 7 and a half years in the role of graduate architect and project architect. I have since worked at Unispace Interior design, Archoffice and Adams de la Mare. in 2014, I tutored in design at Unitec in Interior Design Studio 3 and have also done some external Moderation for them.
